I've started watching Robin of Sherwood on dvd. I'm glad it finally got a US release - the first two seasons anyway. I loved this show when it aired 20 years ago and I think it still holds up well today. Michael Praed makes a pretty good Robin. The third season epsodes with Jason Connery weren't bad either.

Now if only the Paper Chase would get a proper dvd release.

It just got released this year, I think. There is a British release that came out a few years ago that has alll three seasons. They even did a limited edition using the US standards (NTSC), but the cost was kind of high, especially since it would be an import.

I've been watching Dresden Files every week and have enjoyed it quite a bit. I hadn't heard of Drive until today. What's it about?

A bunch of people have entered or have been forced to enter a secret cross country race, the guy from firefly plays the main guy and his girlfriend was kidnapped thus forcing him into the race. Its also strange since he played the devil or something sim on buffy and amy acker played one of the good guys on angel.

I finished watching the Robin of Sherwood set which contains seasons 1 and 2 of the 1980s British series. It adds a mystical element to the show with Robin being named as Herne's son (Herne is the lord of the forest). It is still very entertaining.

I'm working my way through season 2 part 1 of Entourage right now. I've watched the first 8 episodes and will rent the last 4 episodes later in the week some time. Still a very cool and funny show. It doesn't seem like there will be much a break between the end of season 3 part 2 and the start of season 4 on HBO. i wonder when the rest of season 3 will show up on dvd.
