My husband and I are currently watching "Extras" with Ricky Gervais. It's brilliant.

I love Ashley Jensen in it. She's also the seamstress on "Ugly Betty" and she's just hilarious.

I watched the first couple of episodes of season 1 of Extras when I had HBO, but I didn't really care for it. It seems to be a critical hit, though, and perhaps it gets more interesting as it goes along.

Heroes was good, it's the first episode back from a long break, and a set up show, but it was still good. It's great to see more heroes come to work together.

Studio 60 was meh. I can't stand the love story crap. I want to see more about the show, and the studio happenings.

24 was weird...

Spoilers:
What an odd twist making Bluetooth guy Jack's brother. Weird. Also, are they going to try to introduce a love triangle between Jack, Bluetooth guy and Bluetooth guy's wife? With the possibility of Bluetooth guy's son being Jack's illegitimate son?

That's some crazy daytime soap opera crap. So chances are that it will happen.

I watched Smallville and Scrubs from last week. Both episodes were pretty good. I plan to watch Monk, Psych and maybe Dresden Files and Battlestar tomorrow.

Dave, do you have all the Hercules and Xena sets? You can get the Hercules sets for $9 per season and the Xena sets for $15 per season at Deepdiscountdvd.com's buy 1 get 1 free sale right now. I'm tempted to get the Commish. I still need 21 Jump Street season 5, but will probably wait on that one for now.

I finished watching the BBC version of Neverwhere. I thought it was okay, especially with the relatively low budget and tv constraints. I liked the comic book more because you can give a little more free rein there, but the story was the same.

I've also been watching Tru Calling on dvd. I finished the second disc yesterday and will be picking up the next two discs from the library next Wednesday. I like the show. It sucks that it was cancelled after little more than 1 season.

I think the revelation was lame. It's probably the first plot point that has disappointed me so far.
