hows your day going ?
Today wasn't too bad, though it's hard to believe that Christmas is only 10 days away. I talked to Craig for an hour tonight. He's living up in Gaylord with his sister. He still doesn't have a job, but he's doing okay. Not great, but okay. He accesses the computer at the library and is still out looking for a job. I guess he got told at 9am one day in July to get out of his apartment so it was kind of sudden, though he was sort of expecting it.

I just got a call from Discover and somebody used my card to charge over $2000 at a Marshalls in Florida. They cloned my card somehow, apparently. The only time the card is out of my possession is when I give it to a server at a restaurant to ring up my bill. I wonder if one of the servers copied it because it wasn't just my account #, it was supposedly a duplicate of the actual card.
They aren't holding me liable for those charges and are issuing me a new account # and card, but it is rather annoying and I may have to file a police report.

Wow - that sucks! It's scary to think how easy it is for someone to copy your card.Rusty wrote:I just got a call from Discover and somebody used my card to charge over $2000 at a Marshalls in Florida.
