I added some crazy backgrounds to my site, you can see them by clicking

in firefox

and dont chose the last one yet there is not style sheet for that page

I did some work organizing stuff in my basement today. I boxed all my Wired and Scrye magazines figuring to ebay them at some point. I put all my manga trades in long boxes. I'll sort them alphabetically at some point. I'm keeping these, not selling them.

I also started going through all of my magazine, figuring what to keep and what to eventually sell. Out of 7 mag boxes of comic related mags, I'm keeping 1 box. I'm going to sell all of my Creepy, Eerie, and Savage Sword of Conan magazines along with a bunch of others. I probably won't get what I want for them, but maybe I'll set up at Motor City some day.

I'm going to go through my non comic magazines next and probably the boxes of books that I've read next week. I decided there isn't much point hanging on to a lot of this stuff that doesn't interest me anymore. I may or may not have time to merge my comics next week. I doubt if I'd get rid of too many of the comics at this point since I've excised quite a few in the past as it is. I probably won't have time with everything else I want to do next week.

Somewhat. Every couple of years I go through the stuff I've accumulated in the interim and sort out what I want to keep - letters, cards, souvenirs. newspapers with major events or whatever. I end up pitching a fair amount of stuff I no longer need or want. I decided this year that I had no use for a lot of the things I'd been keeping so I might as well get rid of a lot of it and clear space. I have all of the songs I want as mp3s now so I don't need most of the original cds. I've lost interest in a lot of the magazines I have like Starlog, Star Trek Communicator, Creepy, etc. so I might as well get rid of them. This will also clear space for more comic boxes or other things. I'm in no real hurry to sell the stuff so I might not do anything with it till summer.
