How to make an Icon Anyone remember the Turbo Grafx 16? Well I do and I loved it. So here is a Hu Card Icon and the instructions on how to make it. If you think I did all this one-step at a time and I didn’t have to fix any of it, you would be wrong. Before I ended with this final product I had a slightly different image but after editing it over and over I came up with what I am about to post. Why didn’t I post it?
